Congratulations, Kendra!
APRIL 23, 2022
Kendra fell in love with skating after attending a friend’s 6th birthday party at ANIA. She soon after joined learn to skate and the after school program at ANIA. She then started private lessons with Rachel Firm and began to test moves in the field and compete in freestyle skating. Kendra joined Cleveland Ice Storm in 8th grade and enjoyed synchronized skating for the rest of her high school career. When she joined she got on the intermediate team, and has since been on the novice and junior level team. During her senior year, she passed her senior moves and became a gold medalist skater. This upcoming year Kendra plans on attending Adrian College and has made their Collegiate level team, she is very excited for this new chapter in her life and skating career. She intends to double major in exercise science and social work

“Love your sport. Never do it to please someone else; it has to be yours. That is all that will justify the hard work. Compete against yourself, not others, for that is who is truly your best competition.”
